Student Refund Policy

The Gustus Group, LLC is committed to providing high-quality training and educational experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a student to cancel their registration. The following refund policy has been established to ensure fairness to both our students and our organization.

Registration Fee Refunds

Students who register for a course offered by The Gustus Group, LLC are eligible to receive a full refund of their registration fees if they submit a written cancellation request at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the course.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or other written communication to The Gustus Group before the 48-hour deadline. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • The student fails to attend the course without providing the required 48-hour notice (no-show).

  • The student arrives late and is denied entry due to course requirements or regulatory standards.

  • The student voluntarily leaves the course before completion.

  • The student does not successfully complete all required instructional hours, practical exercises, or examinations necessary to complete the course.

  • The student is removed from the course due to disruptive behavior, violation of classroom policies, or failure to comply with instructor directions.

Course Cancellations by The Gustus Group

If The Gustus Group, LLC cancels or reschedules a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund of all registration fees paid; or

  • The opportunity to transfer their registration to a future course at no additional cost.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on the student's financial institution or payment provider.

By registering for any course offered by The Gustus Group, LLC, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
